Lucy Meacock | ITV Presenter
Our event host Lucy Meacock has presented a variety of news programmes for ITV and the BBC in London and the North West. She’s won two BAFTAs for her live presentation of Granada Reports, in particular her tenacious coverage of the Hillsborough Disaster. Lucy is celebrating 30 years at Granada Reports this year – making her the longest-serving female news presenter in Britain.

Matthew Syed | Journalist, Writer & Broadcaster
A former England number one table tennis player, Matthew Syed is now one of the world’s most influential thinkers in the field of high performance and cultural change. He has worked with many leading organisations to build a mindset of continuous improvement, not to mention plying his trade as a multi-award winning columnist for The Times and regular broadcaster for both TV and radio.
Dr Rangan Chatterjee | GP, Author & BBC TV Presenter
Dr Rangan Chatterjee is best known for his work on BBC programmes such as Doctor in the House and The One Show. His mission is to help 100 million people feel fantastic by restoring them to optimal health. Often referred to as the doctor of the future, Rangan is changing the way that we look at stress, mental health and how medicine will be practised in years to come.

He draws on decades of experience working in the non-profit organisational management industry, with expertise in business planning, event planning and training.

David is an international speaker, helping audiences to discover simple ways to improve their pricing. After studying Engineering Science and Economics at Oxford, he ran a £56m mail order company where pricing is crucial and has held senior marketing roles in a wide variety of industries. He applies psychology research into consumer behaviour to business and marketing.
Chris Dee | Director of Food & Home at Harrods
Currently Director of Food & Home at Harrods, Chris is leading the restoration of the iconic food halls as well as developing Europe’s largest interiors retail space and transforming how Harrods sell technology. He offers insights and coaching for business leaders in the early/mid stages of their development or where legacy businesses need a more agile approach.
Dana Denis-Smith | CEO of Obelisk Support & Founder of First 100 Years
Dana is the founder and CEO of legal business Obelisk Support, a tech-enabled business that matches work to 1,000+ highly skilled lawyers that want to work flexibly around their family commitments. She is also the founder of First 100 Years, a five-year project charting the journey of women in the legal profession since 1919. She has received numerous accolades for her innovative work, most recently being voted Legal Personality of the Year 2018 by LexisNexis.
Iain Rayner | Joint Chief Operating Officer, St. James’ Place
Iain joined St. James’s Place, the wealth management advisers in 2007 before becoming Joint Chief Operating Officer at the beginning of 2016. He is responsible for developing key relationships with SJP’s largest businesses. He also oversees the firm’s marketing functions, business plan and development of strategic initiatives. Iain qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young and, prior to St. James’s Place, worked for Pentland (the sportswear group), ITV and Prudential.
