gunnercooke advises on acquisition of placemaking consultancy

Corporate Partner Matthew Searle at gunnercooke has advised on the acquisition of Fourth Street Place Consultants.

gunnercooke acted for the sellers, Jim Roberts and Dan Anderson, and Pannone Corporate advised the buyer Place Capital Group. Fourth Street Place Consultants is a specialist placemaking consultancy.

The business works with public and private sector clients involved in destination-led developments. Recent clients include Delancey and numerous local authorities.

Under the terms of the deal, Fourth Street will retain its own brand and management structure.

With the added support of Place Capital Group, it is expected that the business will grow and expand from its offices in London with a new presence in the North and additional recruitment to support the growth plans.
