gunnercooke has advised on the acquisition of Surrey-based CGL (Card Geotechnics Limited) for an undisclosed sum.
gunnercooke acted for CGL with Corporate Partner Kyri Papantoniou leading the transaction. Kyri specialises in M&A transactions and advised on the sale of the client’s business to CET Infrastructure, supported by Palatine Private Equity. Tax Partner Saad Ahmed also provided tax advice on the deal.
CGL has seven regional offices and is the largest independent specialist geotechnical and geo-environmental consultancy in the UK, with clients in residential, commercial and public sectors.
